Alex Elle is an author, certified breathwork coach, and Writing to Heal facilitator living in Maryland with her
family.

Writing came into her life by way of therapy and the exploration of healing through journaling and mindfulness. The intention behind Alex’s work is to build community & self-care practices through literature & language.

Alex teaches workshops, courses, and retreats to assist others in finding their voices and create clarity in
their lives & relationships.

She is currently a teacher in residence at CIVANA Resort in Carefree, AZ, where she teaches quarterly.

Our breakout session speakers bring a wealth of expertise and passion that will delight mentally, physically and emotionally.

Alexis Perkins-Powell

Founder & Director of Chair One Fitness

Alexis Perkins is the Founder and Creative Director of Chair One Fitness. She has always had a passion for fitness, television production, dancing, and public speaking. 
​
As a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Norfolk State University she went on to work at CBS affiliate WTKR News Channel 3 and became co-producer and lead instructor for the 30min television program Fuzion Fitness and Body By Alexis.
​
Alexis made a huge impact in the fitness world teaching Zumba Fitness internationally and coordinating the LOVE Fest; which became the largest dance fitness event in Hampton Roads Virginia attracting people from all over the United States.
​
All these paths in conjunction with her close relationship with her grandmother and teaching seniors for years led her to the creation of the nationally accredited program Chair One Fitness. Chair One Fitness not only offers fitness instructors longevity in this field but is also a blessing to all who take the class, overcome physical limitations, and stay active.
​
It is clear that Alexis is a woman who wears many hats. Her love of fitness and desire to help enrich others shines through in every endeavor.

Kimberly Frost

Owner & Founder of RFK Solutionz

Kimberly Frost is the CEO and President of RFK Solutionz Corporation founded on May 2, 2012. She is a veteran of the United States Navy who proudly served 20 years of Honorable Service as an Information Technology (SW/AW) Chief Petty Officer. She is currently serving on the State of Virginia JCOTS and the Data Protection and Privacy Advisory Committee and on the board of Old Dominion University Cyber Security Program. 

Her leadership was instrumental to the company being awarded 2019 Small Business of the Year-Chesapeake; EC Council Circle of Excellence Awardee, US Business News Cyber Security SME of the Year; Entrepreneur and Trailblazer of the Year for ACHI Magazine and a host of additional recognitions. In 2017 she and her husband established RFK Outreach, a 501c3 organization that allows her and her family to focus their volunteer efforts on assisting veterans, business owners, and the youth in Cyber Awareness. She is most proud of their yearly Marriage Conferences, Community Day, and youth Cyber Academy. 

Her motivating factor is to always be the “best Kimberly that she can be for the benefit of serving others. Kimberly earned her bachelor’s of science degree in 2007 from Southern Illinois University in Workforce Education and Development. 

In 2012, she earned a double master’s degree from Keller Graduate School of Management in Information Systems Management and Public Administration. In 2020 she earned a certificate from Dr. Dharius Daniels for successfully completing an aggressive time of learning in Everyday Seminary. 

In 2013 Kimberly was ordained as a Deaconess and In May 2021 she became a licensed minister under The Mount Global Fellowship of Churches and in June of 2021.

Kimberly is the wife of Ricardo Frost, celebrating over 20 years of marriage, the mother of Raymond and Rayven, son in love Jose, and grandchildren Jett, Jade and Jayden.

Kymber Lovett-Menkiti

Kymber Lovett-Menkiti is a 2002 graduate of James Madison University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work. She later enrolled at  Bryn Mawr College where she earned a Master of  Law and Social Policy. Kymber has demonstrated her passion for mental health through her past work as a Director of Counseling in the Washington DC area at both Thurgood Marshall Academy and  the Archdiocese of Washington.  

Currently, Kymber serves as the Regional Director for the Maryland/DC Region for Keller Williams Realty International. In this role Kymber leads the growth of 19 offices with over 4,000 real estate professionals and over $8 Billion is sales volume in 2020. She is one of the youngest female executives named to the role in the company’s history.

Most recently, Kymber served as the Immediate Past President for the DC Association of REALTORS® Kymber is also the Co-Chair of the National Keller Williams Social Equity Task Force.  

Within her work, Kymber continues to use her voice to create brave spaces for women and their holistic wellness needs. Kymber truly believes in transforming lives. Even in the real estate industry, she adheres to her social work roots by remaining a staunch advocate for women as “sisters” and for prioritizing one’s mental and physical wellness as you navigate all of the day to day activities and work responsibilities. 

Kymber resides in the District of Columbia with her husband and business partner, Bo Menkiti and their four sons.

Stacey Yvonne Claytor

Founder & Artistic Director of C4 Performing Arts

Stacey Yvonne Claytor has dedicated her life to the arts, and the passion within her has directed her work as an arts educator, advocate, performer, and choreographer. Her work and passion have carried her from classrooms to great performance venues around the world, allowing her to touch the lives of both the rich and powerful and those less fortunate.

Stacey has studied the arts professionally for over 15 years and has gained exposure and experience in different genres, styles, and creative settings, better equipping herself with the necessary tools to reach out to communities, infusing them with the joy that the performing arts have brought her.

Stacey studied dance at the famous Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theater and Dance with a specific concentration in Dance from James Madison University, and earned a Master of Fine Arts Degree from The George Washington University.

​

Stacey served as the Coordinator for the Greater Little Zion Church Ministry of Music and Performing Arts, and she has enjoyed performing with many professional companies in the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area. These performances include Deborah Riley Dance Projects, Dakshina/Daniel Phoenix Singh and Company, and more! Stacey continues to grow and develop with C4 Performing Arts while working professionally as a performer and choreographer.

Stacey recently accepted the position of Fine and Performing Arts Department Chair at Archbishop Carroll High School in Washington, D.C., where she teaches concert choir, show choir, and drama. She is honored to have developed and implemented a dance education curriculum for the Carroll student body. Stacey is similarly honored to be a mighty Carroll Lion and hopes to leave an inspirational and lasting impression on all of her students.

When asked in a 2013 interview why she chose to be an artist, Ms. Claytor answered simply, "I am an artist...why, because it is my joy, it is my peace, it liberates and sustains me.

Cheryl Wade

VP of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Teledoc

Cheryl G. Wade is a highly action- and results-oriented, strategic change and engagement leader with an over 20 year track record of success advising public and private sector companies on strategic large scale transformation initiatives. As Teladoc’s VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), she leads the enterprise-wide DEI strategy.  With a focus on “whole person health”, she drives the formulation and execution of creative and innovative programs, as well as processes and procedures for identifying, attracting, and retaining diverse talent who will provide culturally competent care.

Cheryl also serves in various leadership roles for community organizations and non-profits. With a passion for empowering young girls and driving equity and inclusion in education and the workplace, Cheryl utilizes her business acumen and leadership skills to fuel the success of various affiliations including her social enterprise start-up, iMatter.org. Cheryl is not only a change agent for youth and young adult diversity, she truly believes in the power of treating and caring for the whole person and has dedicated her work to promoting  this message.
