2023 Exhale Summit
Itinerary

Every aspect of the itinerary was crafted with care and grounded in science to bring you a transformative experience.

 

Exhale Summit Attire

We want you to feel comfortable being you!  We are recommending casual attire for the weekend! This may include jeans, leggings, or an athleisure ensemble. Please note, there will be a brief Chair One fitness session (low impact workout), and the option to participate in a Mindful Movement breakout session. You will have an opportunity to change ahead of time, if needed.

  

Friday, March 10

5PM - 8PM

Exhale Summit Check-In (Marriott Ballroom)

​

Attendees check-in at the Marriott Waterside and receive their Exhale Summit welcome packet.

6PM - 9PM

“Hey Girl Hey” Welcome Reception (Marriott Ballroom)

​

Open bar cocktail hour from 6:30 - 7:30pm followed by networking moments, building connection, and the sounds of a live band. Heavy hors’dourvres and beverages will be served.

Saturday, March 11

8AM - 9AM

Exhale Summit Check-In + Breakfast (Marriott Ballroom)

​

Attendees can check-in at the conference location (Marriott Waterside; Marriott Ballroom) where they will receive their Exhale Summit welcome packet. A full breakfast will be provided. 

9AM

The Exhale Summit Kick-Off (Marriott Ballroom)

9:30 AM - 12:30PM

Wellness Breakout Sessions: Attendees will be able to attend breakout sessions at the following times: 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:30am.

Attendees will be able to choose to attend up to three breakout sessions about practical wellness topics!

​

MINDFUL MOVEMENT + BODY POSITIVITY: With a focus on Physical Health and Wellness Stacey Yvonne Claytor, Founder and Artistic Director of C4 Performing Arts, will use the power of yoga to stretch and bend our bodies towards a state of mindfulness and peace. She is a literal mover and shaker who is professionally trained to inspire people to use their bodies as instruments of self-expression and healing. We are confident that Stacey’s talents and artistry will get us in Formation! (Hampton III)

 

BALANCING ACT: As one of our Sustainable Self-Care Practices speakers, Kimberly Frost, Owner and Founder of RFK Solutionz, will provide us with solutions for maintaining balance in the dynamics of our everyday lives. As a leader in service, business and ministry, this U.S. Veteran knows how to empower women to succeed in all stages of life. (Marriott Ballroom)

 

STOP HOLDING YOURSELF BACK: With a focus on Intentional Connections, Kymber Lovett-Menkiti, President of Keller Williams Capital Properties, will share strategies to help us reach our own personal SUMMITS—the same goals that we sometimes feel are unattainable. This change agent will also identify common deterrents women encounter while navigating our own paths to greatness. Most importantly, Kymber will show us that real bosses equip other women to succeed. (Hampton I)

THE TOTAL YOU: With an emphasis on Physical and Mental Wellness, this Cheryl Wade, VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Teladoc will help women to know that by prioritizing holistic health, we can move closer to the healing we deserve.  Cheryl will help us understand how physical, mental, and emotional wellness play a role in well-being, performance, and professional success.  With particular emphasis on the unique experiences that BIPOC women face, she will make sure you understand the Total You! (Hampton II)

12:30PM - 2PM

Relax, Relate, Release...and Remember You (Marriott Ballroom)

​

Attendees will be able to visit vendors, connect with attendees, and engage in relaxation. Lunch will be provided in the Marriott Ballroom.

2PM

Taking Care of our Bodies with Alexis Perkins (Marriott Ballroom)

​

With a focus on Physical Health and Wellness, Alexis Perkins, founder and director of Chair One Fitness, will use her boundless energy and fitness expertise to inspire our Exhale Summit Sisterhood to embrace a health-centered lifestyle. No matter your age or fitness level, you will be motivated by Alexis’s signature methods for making fitness accessible, fun and effective.

2:30PM - 4:30PM

Featured Keynote: Alex Elle (Marriott Ballroom)

NYT Best Seller and Writing to Heal Coach Alex Elle will engage us in an authentic Moderated Q&A discussion.  A brief break will follow, after which Alex will guide us through breathwork and therapeutic journaling exercises to help promote healing, self-awareness, connection

to our bodies and sustainable self-care. 

4:30PM

Sister Circle Connection (Marriott Ballroom)

          Joy, laughter and vulnerability abound as the Exhale Summit sisters join in authentic 

          and meaningful conversation.  Definitely a moment that you do not want to miss.  Each Sister                Circle will be led by a member of the Exhale Summit team.
